How is the service fee charged?
Each order is its own service order. Orders under $150 pay a flat $10. Orders from $150 to $2,000 pay a flat $15, and orders over $2,000 or business orders pay a flat $25. Shipping is billed separately by weight.
Who pays import duties?
Import duties and local taxes are set by your country's customs and are not included in our estimate. We prepare the paperwork and tell you what to expect before you approve your order. See our customs guide by country.
Can I buy from you on Mercado Libre?
Soon. Miami Xports has a verified Mercado Libre Global Selling account, and our featured products will be listed there shortly. Today you can search and order any product directly on our site.
What can't you ship?
We can't export hazardous materials, weapons, loose lithium batteries, aerosols, or items restricted by US export rules or your country's import rules. Ask us if you're unsure.
What about warranties and returns?
Products keep the manufacturer's warranty. We inspect every item in Miami before it ships, so issues are caught and returned to the store before export. See our terms and returns.
How do I pay?
After you approve your quote, you pay by card from the secure payment link we send you. We buy only after your payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Air Economy takes 7–12 business days and Air Express 3–5 business days after the product reaches us in Miami. Same-day orders are bought and delivered to our courier the day you pay.
What if the product isn't available?
We tell you right away and you choose: we buy it at the next store that has it, or we refund you in full.
